Adecco is currently looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer in Waterloo, ON. To qualify for this role, you must have 2-4 years of instructional design experience, including conducting in-depth needs assessment using ADDIE (or similar) design model. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, experienced in sales and marketing training with an educational background in Adult Education/Training. This is a 9-months contract and has a pay rate of $39.00/hour 
E-Learning Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis using sound design principles to identify and define training needs
• Design and script detailed storyboards for the development of interactive online learning modules
• Work closely and collaboratively with Curriculum Developers to design storyboards, determine the best delivery method,
• Design training solutions that meet the needs of the adult learner, writing and editing content; testing solutions for readiness and usability
• Analyze test results, evaluations and reports to determine trends and respond with follow-up training/information where required. Identify and troubleshoot moderate to complex problems
• Implement the CE Learning strategy
• Implement the project pipeline strategy
• Collaborate with and support fellow Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers 
• Work closely with internal clients to understand business and individual training needs
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and build engaging learning solutions
• Develop project schedules and agree upon delivery dates for projects, including detailed client communication
• Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously evolve and improve services provided individually and by the broader T&D team
• Develop engaging learning materials using a variety of tools and products
• Remain current in industry innovations, design standards and copyright laws
• Provide expert direction on the visual design of a storyboard or other learning resources
E-Learning Instructional Designer Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of formal instructional design experience preferred, including conducting in-depth needs assessment using ADDIE (or similar) design model.
• Knowledge of, and the ability to apply adult learning principles
• Ability to think critically and ask targeted questions to determine needs and respond appropriately
• Creative and innovative
• Experience with online delivery methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• University/College degree in an education-related field (B.Ed, Adult Education or equivalent) preferred
• Strong ability to influence across all levels
