Our Client is seeking for an Electrical Assistant Engineer to work in an industrial facility and assist the Electrical Engineer in designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. The candidate should have a good understanding of electrical engineering principles, including wiring, circuitry, and power distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Electrical Engineer in developing electrical designs and specifications for new projects.

  2. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures according to specifications.

  3. Troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs.

  4. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

  5. Provide support in the maintenance and repair of motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, and other electrical equipment.

  6. Assist in the design and implementation of electrical safety programs and procedures.

  7. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

  8. Develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments, contractors, and vendors.

  9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

  10. Provide technical assistance to other departments as needed.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting.

  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and power distribution.

  4. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.

  5. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  11. Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

  12. Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and best practices.

  13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  14. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
