Electronic Tester

Adecco is currently hiring for an Electronic Tester positions in Ottawa ON. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a wide variety of tests on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

  • Independently test according to process documentation
  • Understanding test Documents
  • Proper execution of Inventory control, cycle counting, and computer transactions.
  • Component or wire preparation
  • Reading wiring tables
  • Maintain and operate test fixtures and associated equipment per written test instructions
  • Print Labels ensure any printed labels are transacted to the correct planned order on tracker
  • Assist Engineers or Technicians by gathering requested information to help establish the root cause of problems, and determine corrective action
  • Work with Engineering to implement continuous improvement
  • SFDC material transaction capability
  • Participate in Lean (improvement) activities
  • Understand Control panel wiring and cubicle fabrication from mechanical/electrical drawings.
  • Reporting to Team Lead highlighting issues affecting daily plan.
  • Promote quality throughout the production process.
  • Always maintain process disciplines.
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of at least 5 years’ proven experience in inverter testing and wiring of both control and power panels to wiring schedules and drawings is essential.
  • Nationally recognized certification in the field of panel wiring/electronic engineering.
  • Certification to IPC 620.
