Electronics Assembler

Adecco is currently hiring an Electronics Assembler for a client based out in Mississauga. An assembler who has a solid understanding and experience in assemble, test, and solder electronic components, PCB’s, & cable assemblies and to produce/assist creating new work instructions for production. With a great pay rate, morning shift, it also offers an opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble Mechanical/Electronic Components according to Manufacturing Work Instructions
  • Build Cable Assemblies & Solder Electronic Components/Connectors when required
  • Test Simple Electronic/Fibre-Optic Modules/Assemblies
  • Able to follow all work instructions and procedures
  • Maintains the working environment in clean and proper arrangement
  • Adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures. Including the 5 “S” Principles, ISO, misc. quality system procedures
  • Carry out other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned by Management
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Post- secondary certificate in related field
  • Additional experience with Fibre-Optic electronic component assembly
  • Must be detail oriented, precise and fast learner
  • Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions/drawings.
  • Good hand eye coordination, stable hands for delicate component assembly
  • Preferred: Ability to work in Test Lab environment, Frequently working with 120VAC/240VAC

    Shift: 7:30am-3:30pm

    Pay Rate: $18/ hour
