Pay rate: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Job type: Temporary contract with possibility of extension
Job responsibilities include:
Supporting and reinforcing health and safety protocols with clients, visitors and colleagues including social distancing, sanitation and wearing of personal protective equipment
To qualify, you should have:
High school diploma required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, community development, case work or social services; or a suitable combination of education and experience is preferred
Experience as a volunteer, in an emergency or client care environment
Ability to travel within province and potentially within Canada is desired
In some roles; Computer literacy, comfort working with data bases and MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
In some roles; Work will be done virtually, therefore will require reliable access to a computer, high speed internet, a phone and a private, secure workspace.
Must be able to complete a satisfactory Enhanced Police Information Check (EPIC)
Depending on the operation, specific roles are required to pass confidential Health Screening and COVID testing
Current First Aid Certification or willingness to take training is an asset
