Adecco is actively seeking a Engineering Management Trainee to join our clients team in Bath, ON. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum and presents an exciting opportunity for career growth in various engineering disciplines.

Pay Rate: $75k/year.

Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Rotate through various office roles related to the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities include sales, applications, design & drafting, procurement, shipping, and production planning.
Work closely with customers and design customized coils.
Gain exposure to supply chain management, logistics, and production planning.
Create, read, and comprehend 3D & 2D models and drawings.
Utilize customized software such as Product Selection Interfaces.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software.
Handle IT-related problems.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Background knowledge and experience in heat transfer, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Critical thinking and detail-oriented for technical processes.
Clear and concise communication skills with customers.
Ability to learn customized software quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable working independently and assuming responsibility for tasks and projects.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software.
Fluent in written & spoken English.
