Equipment Operator Job in Sherwood Park, AB

Adecco is in the hunt to fill an on-site Equipment Operator Job in Sherwood Park, AB. The ideal candidate will possess a Class One (1) Operators License and have a minimum of 3 years of professional truck driving experience. This is a full-time/permanent position (80% in the shop, 20% driving) and offers a competitive salary, full benefits, RRSP matching, and much more.

Equipment Operator Job Responsibilities:
•    Operates Commercial vehicles in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health and Ministry of Transportation 
•    Deliveries throughout Alberta and on occasion neighboring provinces 
•    Operate various equipment on site such as overhead crane, forklift, pressure washer, intermediate bulk containers, high pressure pumps and ultrasonic pressure. 
•    Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance on facility equipment. 
•    Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and notifying supervisor of any deficiencies 
•    Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to supervisor before attempting service.
•    Notifies Supervisor of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
•    Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance on facility equipment. 

Class One (1) Operators License:
•    Valid Class One (1) license with drivers abstract 
•    3 years professional truck driving experience
•    Valid forklift ticket
•    Valid Overhead Crane and Rigging ticket
•    Drug and Alcohol test required 
•    Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions
