Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Equipment Strategy Data Analyst in Calgary, AB, to work a 6-month contract at a well-established energy company majoring in the production of synthetic crude from oil sands. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values safety and growth through curiosity and lifelong learning. 

  • Location: Downtown Calgary, AB | Hybrid
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary | 6-month contract with possibility of extension

    • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review existing Equipment Strategies and RCM/FMEA Analyses initially authored in prior template version
  • Analyze the ESDS/RCM/FMEA for irregularities in content such as in appropriate data entry in fields
  • Migrate/transfer existing ESDS/RCM/FMEA information into a NEW standard template (data loader)
  • Load the new template with the transferred data into GE APM (aka Meridium)
  • Remediate, translate, prepare static equipment strategies to standardized template for application loading
  • Provide data cleansing, quality, and validation efforts
  • Transform data into usable load sheets for vendor data mapping and migration efforts
  • Develop test conditions and validate expected results to ensure business objectives are met
  • Facilitate and ensure operational acceptance of data quality

    • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of designing and implementing data engineering, ingestion, and curation practices
  • 3+ years project experience in O&G, mining, or aircraft manufacturing industry experience
  • Reliability engineering, maintenance engineering experience in O&G industry
  • RCM/FMEA Development experience
  • GE APM (Meridium) experience on any module
  • Authoring of new ESDS/RCM/FMEA’s from scratch or updating existing
  • Understanding the purpose and function of an Equipment Strategy within an engineering setting (O&G, Aviation, etc.)
  • Advanced MS Excel skill level are required
  • Should have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
