Excel Specialist
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Excel Specialist for a 6-Month contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa OR Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it. This role is remote until the COVID situation has been resolved.
The Excel Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
-Build and maintain a total cost of ownership an understanding of the current Delivery Model and the agreed upon guidelines and to be used in developing a new cloud operating model;
-Work with the Cloud migration team to understand the requirements of the model and translate than into related Excel spreadsheets that are easy to maintain;
-Provide documentation on how to maintain and manage the total cost of ownership model;
-Document and present findings to the NGI Leadership team in a clear and concise manner.
The Excel Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Hold an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent of the related field;
-Ability to write Macros, advanced formulas and whatever else is required to total cost of ownership model;
-4+ Experience with analysis and interpretation of complex data;
-Manage priorities and time appropriately in a fast-paced environment;
-The excel specialist needs to:
•Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, providing regular feedback and using initiative to ensure optimal results;
•Think outside the box when solving complex Excel challenges;
•Instill confidence in their ability to perform, and meet agreed deadlines;
-Approach projects with a clear and methodical plan;
-Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions.
