Exception Processing Associate - Warehouse

Adecco is currently looking for a full-time Exception Processing Associate for a state-of-the-art warehouse in Mississauga. To qualify for this role, the associate must possess great warehouse management skills (SAP) and is detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot aged putwall cubbies
  • Utilize and monitor putwall dashboard
  • Clear SIN bin, over pick items processed and sent to IC for put away
  • Assist TLs in achieving shift targets.
  • Track Picked containers and ensure puts are completed
  • Train/Coach/guide putters and pullers.
  • Force Close and Chase SLA Deliveries
  • Ability to collaborate with associates to achieve the targets.
  • Put/Pack Support
  • Hospital resolution
  • Active container tracking (hospital/jackpot)
  • Checking host upload
  • Sin bin management
  • Flagging non-con items as NCV/dimension update.
  • Troubleshoot all outbound order issues before going to packing
  • Ensure there is not piles of order investigation in their designated area
  • Ability to multi task in multiple WMS (SAP and DiQ)
  • High computer user skills
  • Requirements

  • Proficiency using Microsoft office applications with emphasis on Excel
  • Recent and relevant SAP warehouse management support experience
  • Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize effectively
  • Must be able to work with a sense of urgency to meet expected timelines
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work different shifts at times
