Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Manager with daily tasks
  • Working in Small team
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Calendar Management
  • Invoice processing management
  • Other related Administrative tasks

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Administration 
  • Post-Secondary Education 
  • Strong Excel Knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and ability to multi-tasks
  • Capacity to invoice process management
  • Must be able to adapt to company directives and guidelines
  • Necessary to have a positive demeanor and be a team player
  • Calendar Management
