Executive Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Adecco Canada Leadership Team. In this role you will provide administrative support, organize travel and meeting arrangements and communicate with the Senior Leadership team members as required.

Successful candidates will have advanced MS Office and typing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, three (3) years of administrative support experience and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is required.

Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support; manages Canadian Leadership teams calendar, organizes travel arrangements, composes correspondence.

Prepares and/or edits client and internal communications including PowerPoint presentations and reports.

Interacts and collaborates with the local, national and international Senior Executive team on a daily basis.

Schedules and prepares for conference calls and meetings relative to logistics, agendas and refreshments.

Manages national mail-outs for various initiatives.

Coordinates vacation schedules & timesheet submissions.

Processes departmental Accounts Payable invoices and expense reports.

Performs proof reading functions and research utilizing various resources as required.

Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Minimum three (3) years experience communicating with and supporting Senior level Executives.
Advanced MS Office and typing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and Teams).
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced organization. Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
Proven consistent high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong colleague relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work across an organization to obtain resources and provide support and expertise.
