We have partnered with our client to assist them in their search for an Executive Assistant who is an exceptionally organized self-starter who has a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.   We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide senior level, professional support to the leadership team.

  • Generate and distribute schedules, presentations, reports and scorecards.
  • Coordinate travel, compile and submit expense reports, handle ad hoc requests.
  • Manage the team’s schedule proactively, using mature judgment and discretion to assess priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and travel for the group, assist in implementing off-site meetings and other events.
  • Maintain and update various documentation, meeting minutes, contact lists, training materials and internal communications platform, assembling materials to prepare the leadership team for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate departmental human resource activities and the maintenance of relevant documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of senior administrative experience handling schedules and competing priorities.
  • High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office in addition to Access.
  • Deep understanding of administrative policies and procedures in addition to general business operations.
  • A highly developed sense of judgement, diplomacy and discretion to deal with sensitive and confidential business matters.
  • High regard for collaboration, internal and external relationship building and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, you are proactive and well organized and can make decisions quickly when needed.
