Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant for our client in Ottawa West (Kanata). This is a part time (3 full days/week) opportunity with potential for additional hours. The opportunity will start off as a contract to assess the skills and fit within the organization and direct team, should all work out an opportunity for permanent employment may be presented. Starting wages will be $18 per hour.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Segmentation & file update
  • Filing
  • Office organization
  • Managing client service standards (CEP)
  • Answer phones, emails
  • Booking, confirming appointments
  • Scanning, copying work
  • Task management (inputting, tracking)
  • Provide cross-sell summary lists
  • Referral management
  • Client appreciation organization & management
  • Tracking client meetings
  • Maintain and operate Pathway pipeline
  • Assist with marketing initiatives
  • Manage pipeline movement
  • Maintain supplies for promo/marketing & information distribution
  • Prospecting & Welcome packages
  • Create operations manual
  • Systematize business structures & procedures
  • Automated systems
  • Technology Management
  • PFP annual updates, cleaning up PW for Salesforce transition
  • Compliance Dashboard monitoring
  • Help Consultant maintain efficiency

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and change priorities quickly
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Administration or Executive Administration experience
