Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be a critical support role for our senior management, ensuring smooth operations and aiding in our mission to build homes that stand the test of time. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks that facilitate the efficiency, organization, and communication of our executive team.
Responsibilities:
Arrange meetings, appointments, and events for executive management, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
Create, edit, and organize essential documents and contracts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Act as the primary point of contact for the executive office, handling incoming calls, emails, and mail. Relay pertinent information to the right team members.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups are executed.
Stay updated with the residential construction industry's latest trends, assisting the executive team with data collection and insights.
Monitor executive expenses, ensuring they adhere to budgetary constraints.
Organize travel logistics for senior management as required.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion with sensitive information.
