Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant will be a critical support role for our senior management, ensuring smooth operations and aiding in our mission to build homes that stand the test of time. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks that facilitate the efficiency, organization, and communication of our executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and events for executive management, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.

  • Create, edit, and organize essential documents and contracts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive office, handling incoming calls, emails, and mail. Relay pertinent information to the right team members.

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups are executed.

  • Stay updated with the residential construction industry's latest trends, assisting the executive team with data collection and insights.

  • Monitor executive expenses, ensuring they adhere to budgetary constraints.

  • Organize travel logistics for senior management as required.

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Discretion with sensitive information.
