• Provide high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning, scheduling internal and external client meetings including organizing logisitics, agendas etc.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries (including national and international travel, travel visas and more)
• Manage expenses, enter and process expense reports in a timely manner
• Draft and prepare correspondence and create PowerPoint presentations
• Assisting with event planning and coordination throughout the year
• Provide periodic personal assistance/support to the team
• Communicating with clients via phone, in-person and email
• Provide assistance on ad hoc projects as needed

Some of the skills and qualifications for this Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include;

Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience - preferably 5+ years directly related career experience, specifically with longevity throughout your career which includes a bare minimum of 3+ years in each position
