Your responsibilities will be providing corporate level administrative support for the dynamic professionals team, in a fast paced, established organization, and with a company that is continuously growing. As the Corporate Executive Assistant you will use your high level skills and expertise providing support while multi-tasking and prioritizing your day to day tasks. Some of the direct responsibilities of this Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Providing high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning, scheduling internal and external client meetings including organizing logistics, agendas etc.
Coordinating national and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries and all the documents needed for travel such as travel visas and more.
Drafting and preparing correspondence as well as creating PowerPoint presentations as well as assisting with event planning and coordinating throughout the year.
Managing expenses by entering and processing expense reports in a timely manner.
You will also provide periodic personal assistance/support for your team.
Communicating with clients via phone, in-person and email.
Providing assistance on ad hoc projects as needed.

The skills and qualification for the Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include but are not limited to:

At least 5 years demonstrated Executive Assistant expertise, must be directly related career experience especially at least 3 years in each position.
Advanced Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook and PowerPoint a must.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a flexible and positive attitude.
Comfort working in a highly professional, corporate polished environment - corporate attire only.
You will be self-motivated with the ability to successfully support and work with your team.
Successful completion of post-secondary education from a recognized University.
