Some of the responsibilities of the Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include but are not limited to;

Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior executives
Book and coordinate extensive travel arrangements both internationally and domestically; this includes ensuring all preferences are attended to, logistics set and agendas prepared
Prepare meeting material, presentations and proposals - high volumes of PowerPoint is expected
Complete executives expense reports within tight deadlines
Office support and coordination duties from ordering supplies, answering phones and gatekeeping, mail and more
Perform any other administrative support tasks as assigned

To qualify for the Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON, some of the qualifications include;

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience providing high level Administrative support to senior executives - note that preference coming from small or mid-size firms an asset
Successfully completed post secondary education
Strong technical abilities within the MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced PowerPoint skills a must and will be assessed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, deadline driven environment
Ability to manage and control multiple and conflicting priorities
Flexible to overtime and some on-call support
