Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant in Vanciuver, BC. To be considered for this Executive Assistant role, you must have minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive assistant. Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms. 
This is a 6- month contract and has a pay rate at $30/hour.

 Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Meet the various internal needs of the firm for office software and administrative support, prepare a variety of documents such as memos, invoices and engagement letters
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and other internal or external activities 
  • Process expenses, organize partner and staff travel arrangements
  • Review a variety of documents, maintain up-to date contact information of partners
 Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • College Diploma or Diploma in Office Systems Technology or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
