Our client is a successful marketing agency located in Downtown Vancouver, BC. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide daily and direct support to the CEO while aligning with the company’s overall vision and goals. The ideal candidate will competently and professionally assist with the CEO’s workload and become a spokesperson and go-to-person, when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their hands dirty and learn from the best of the best in a challenging, expanding and rewarding environment. 
To be considered for this Executive Assistant position, you must have at least 3 years in a similar role with proven executive assistant and administration experience. The candidate must also possess immaculate communication, time management and superb presentation skills. Marketing and advertising knowledge is also a must. Print and Web workflow and standards are considered an asset. 

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Acting liaison and first point of contact for internal and external affairs (customers, vendors and team members)
Managing calendars, appointments, meetings etc., ensuring everything is well planned and executed.
Overseeing tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed on time at the highest possible standard.
Record keeping and documentations for all aspects of the company including meeting notes and data entry.
Managing and reporting financial status of projects including project cost analysis and profitability
Organizing and preparing for presentations and events by being the facilitator of internal/external points of contact.

Executive Assistant Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working closely and/or supporting a senior staff member.
Marketing and advertising knowledge is a MUST.
Print and Web workflow standards are an asset.
Tech savy with strong computer skills using MAC/PC and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferred.
Superb written communication skills with clear articulation capabilities.
Superb verbal communication skills including ability to be the company spokesperson, when required.
Superb Presentation and time management skills.
