Adecco is hiring a permanent, full-time Exterior Siding Project Supervisor for our client, a reputable construction company in Calgary. AB. To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead role managing siding crews.

  • Pay rate: $28-$45/hour, depending on experience. Benefits Negotiable.

  • Location: Calgary, AB 

  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage 3 to 6 siding crews

  • Conduct daily safety meetings

  • Siding work quality inspections and managing crews.

  • Reporting quality and safety work documentation

  • Installation of siding materials when required. 


Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must have at least 5 years of siding experience

  • Experience in a lead role managing siding crews

  • Detailed knowledge of flashings and envelope sealing

  • Experience with man lifts, as well as construction equipment

  • Familiar with all safety and installation procedures of full exterior systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • Valid Drivers license and reliable vehicle

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
