Adecco is currently looking for an External Staffing Program Manager in Mississauga, ON. Our client is a large multinational technology company. This role is specifically brought on to management the teams external staff while providing support across finance, HR and procurement and management key changes around contingency staff. The ideal candidate for the External Staffing Program Manager role must have 5-10 years of project management experience and experience with contingency staff models
This is a 7-months contract with a pay rate  $65.00 per hour.  

External Staffing Program Manager Responsibilities:
•    Define what is the optimal external staff model for each business area including RGE communities
•    Ensure that each area has a line by line inventory of accurate information relating to each category of external staff along with a plan for each category of staff to avoid business disruption come October 2020 (e.g. release / replace, outsource certify, revoke business guest agreement, incorporate into a new managed services contract, move roles to FTE)
•    Leverage Contractor Services and other suppliers as appropriate to ensure appropriate communications are managed.
•    Ensure business contacts and Sponsor managers are kept updated with regular reporting and communications as needed.
•    Create a consistent approach and governance model to address exceptions requests or inconsistency in the Canada of policy adoption.
•    Ability to communicate key data to internal and external stakeholders
•    Delivering the projects' primary end result on schedule and within budget
•    Continually reporting on project progress and potential risks to stakeholders along with the proposal to mitigate risks

External Staffing Program Manager Qualifications: 

  • 5-10 years of project management experience. Experience with contingency staff models
  • At least 2 years of experience with data analytics and experience in the External staff models and policies
  • PMP required
  • Ability to develop project charters, document project scope, develop project management plans, create and manage the project schedules, and assign tasks to team members as appropriate
  • Able to create a consistent approach and governance model to address exceptions requests or inconsistency in the Canada of policy adoption.
  • Must be able to produce qualitative and quantitate reporting
  • Good skills in all MS Office products with excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills both written and oral
