Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Facilities Coordinator in Scarborough. To qualify for this Facilities Coordinator role, you must have 2-3 years experience in a same or similar role. $18.00 - $20.00 / hour.

Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:

Scheduling of waste removal and ensuring refuse containers are emptied on a regular basis
Involvement with internal facility systems (i.e. phone, security, etc.)
Act as project manager for assigned renovation, maintenance and construction projects
Provide on-call services after hours and on weekends when necessary
Provide consistent high level of service to all stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Accept and sign for vendor shipments and use dollies and other moving equipment to deliver shipments to end users
Perform minor repairs as required (e.g. painting, repairing holes/cracks in walls, plumbing etc.) and arrange for external services as needed
Meet with selected vendors / trades to ensure work is scheduled and completed in a timely manner
Act as liaison for internal clients, study participants, and external vendors
Plan, coordinate and execute study set-ups with Clinic, Facilities team, housekeeping and maintenance staff for all clinics
Prepare and follow established maintenance schedules and ensure system and equipment inspections are completed as required
Ensure property (both interior and exterior) is well maintained and kept to a high standard of appearance
