Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Field Business Administrator, to work at a well-established integrated oil and natural gas company, in Grande Prairie, AB. In this role, you will assist with the ongoing day to day Elmworth/Wapiti administrative requests originating both internally and externally. Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with Finance, Audit and Business Analyst Teams
Review and/or approve Operations invoices
Perform records management and file retention - "E-filing", and hard copy
Prepare spreadsheets, presentations and forms for operations staff
Take minutes for meetings as required
Provide courteous and professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders
Complete / share duties as required to ensure team results are achieved
Attend monthly Safety Meetings
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED program is required
Minimum 5 years of experience at a conventional O&G facility with an exposure to all areas of operations
Working knowledge of oil and gas operations terminology is preferred
Understanding of professional office procedures is required
Experience with financial, SAP and FDC computer applications is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. is a must
Strong communication skills and aptitude for detail, disciplined work ethic and the ability to take initiative as well as to accept direction
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a multi-faceted work environment and is comfortable performing under tight deadlines
Capable of working in both a team and individual environment
Must be legally eligible to work full-time and reside in Canada
