Adecco is currently hiring a Field Sales Representative Team Lead in Grand Prairie, AB to work with one of the most innovative companies in Canada - Eastlink! This is a multifaceted role involving a combination of direct sales and operational support to Field Sales Representatives. As a Field Sales Representative Team Lead for Eastlink, you will have the opportunity to implement strategic sales plans as you travel daily within a designated region to meet with both existing and potential customers. Filed Sales Representative Team Leads are responsible for providing support to Field Sales Representatives within their region and to assist their remote manager with the supervision of Field Sales Representatives. To be successful in this position, candidates must have previous sales experience with emphasis on communication and negotiation skills, previous supervisory experience, and the ability to multitask while prioritizing based on urgency.

Field Sales Representative Team Lead responsibilities will include:

-  Daily travel within the region to approach new customers via a substantial lead list and referrals

-  Provide exceptional customer service within the community by educating customers through service explanation, recommending service alternatives, and basic troubleshooting

-  Increasing sales by recommending bundles and packages

-  Update tracking reports daily to reflect prospect clients, leads, and sales metrics

-  Participate in company training and marketing functions to polish sales skills and generate business

-  Act as the main point of support to local Field Sales Representatives

-  Maintain a positive outlook and behavioral example for Field Sales Representatives to follow

-  Coach and mentor sales abilities, both remotely and in-field (conduct 3 field visits per week)

-  Assist remote Manager with supervision of the Field Sales Representative team

-  Work with remote Manager to communicate projected sales, anticipated hurdles, and to stay informed on upcoming changes


Field Sales Representative Team Lead qualifications will include:

-  Previous sales and customer service experience is required

-  Previous supervisory experience with emphasis on providing coaching to associates is required

-  Must be comfortable approaching prospect customers, explaining products, performing direct selling, and prioritizing sales prospects

-  Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills

-  Must be a self-starter with excellent problem solving and time management skills

-  Candidates must have full availability Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

-  A clean criminal background is required
