Adecco is looking for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to work for renowned, global medical organization. The selected candidate will receive extensive training and provide an essential service to doctors and nurses across the lower mainland.

We are looking for a Service Technician (Medical Equipment) to work with our team to service electro-mechanical equipment in facilities all across the lower mainland. We are looking for someone with a passion for their craft and a strong attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $19/hr + year bonus, benefits, pension and contribution matching

Shift: 6:00AM – 8:00AM start time, either Monday to Friday, or Wednesday to Sunday

 

Service Technician (Medical Equipment) Responsibilities

Required to perform on-site maintenance, including repairs and preventative maintenance

Manage scheduling and make sure deadlines are met

Ensure the use of proper techniques, and standard operating procedures are followed

Identify and assess client needs, and promote products accordingly 

Recommend, promote, and sell products and services based on observed client needs.

Maintain current industry knowledge as new information is revealed though e-learning and company-wide memos

Work well with fellow team members to best service the client’s needs

Comply with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by Arjo policies, customer requirements and regulatory agencies.

Prepare and submit reports, paperwork and/or feedback.

Maintain up-to-date expense reports

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

 

Service Technician (Medical Equipment) Requirements

Experience working directly with customer, troubleshooting errors, on-site

Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills.

Must be proficient with computers

Must possess excellent time management skills.

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
