Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Filing Administrator to work remotely for our client, a leading international financial services firm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all (filing) requests are completed within the timeframe set out by regulatory authorities and/or as per standard agreements and other related tasks as assigned Get started with a rewarding career with our client who offers a friendly environment and learning opportunities.

  • Pay rate: $22-$23/hour
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home) - travel to office if required Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal 
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM-9:00 PM – must be available within these hours
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary – 6 months contract

  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing contents for format accuracy and relevancy - to determine the type of filing and/or processing required
  • Communicating with internal staff and clients by phone, email and/or in person to obtain approval when necessary
  • Ensuring that all (filing) requests are completed within the timeframe set out by regulatory authorities and/or as per standard agreements
  • Ensuring that all applicable fees are charged and processed accordingly
  • Maintaining client profiles up to date across all systems
  • Collaborating with staff in developing and maintaining excellent client relations
  • Generating and producing timely reports as necessary
  • Requesting, receiving and processing funds from clients, other departments and request transfers
  • Executing small and large projects and performing minor project management activities when assigned
  • Pre-filing and proactive client communication and activities
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Acting Team Lead
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet close deadlines
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
