As a key member of this global financial team, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for global end-to-end supply chain. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to drive financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. REQUIREMENTS - Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience, with specific focus on analysis and forecasting in a distribution or manufacturing environment (logistics and procurement)
- Larger corporate, global manufacturing background and experience
- Degree in Business or Accounting
- Professional designation as a CPA.
- Strong accounting (US GAAP and/or local GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and analytical experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to convey key messages
- Strong business and financial acumen, commercially savvy
- Solid experience with PowerBi and ERP systems.
DESCRIPTION – Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain:
- Prepare, coordinate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts, providing comprehensive reports on actuals vs. budgeted results.
- Executive, monthly reporting presentations, offering insights and opportunities into performance improvements
- Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the Global end-to-end supply chain.
- Establish budget and operating benchmarks to facilitate accurate monthly and annual forecasts.
- Develop robust financial forecast models considering various scenarios and inputs.
- Work with stakeholders to align financial targets related to Global end-to-end Supply chain costs, EBITDA, and cash to organizational strategy.
- Partner with Operations for multi-year capital planning and spending tracking against targets.
- Act as a key finance business partner for specific cost areas, providing financial support and insights.
- Conduct quantitative analysis for strategic planning, special projects, and management reports.
- Collaborate to quantify and maintain commitments within the value proposition.
- Enhance existing and develop new tools for efficiency, analysis, and reporting, ideally utilizing PowerBi.
