Adecco Professionals has partnered with a high-profile and leading distributor & retailer client to seek for a Finance Inventory Analyst will provides inventory management, accounting-related expertise, analysis and recommendations

Responsibilities:


Provides day-to-day support to store operations representatives in response to inquiries and regarding inventory exception reporting and issues resolution
Inventory processing, including financial controls, period end processing, batch data processing, data clearing, reconciliation, adjustments, error resolution etc.
Conducts analysis to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements (e.g. shrinkage/breakage analysis, trend analysis, inventory status codes, stat reporting, KPIs etc.).
Maintains documentation of financial internal controls related to inventory adjustment processes.
Leads and contributes to continual improvement initiatives to enhance all aspects of inventory processing
Supervises, train and mentor staff
Accountable for meeting financial period end reporting deadlines.
Provides information and advice regarding Retail financial processing to Store Operations.



Requirements:


Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial controls in inventory transactions, reconciliation, adjustments, exception reporting, etc.


Supervisory experience will be desired


GAAP and/or IFRIS experience is desired
Retail or Wholesale industry experience is desired
