Financial Administrator Job Summary
We are currently looking for Financial Administrator for our electronics manufacturing client. Incumbents must have substantial latitude in determining the best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments. Tasks are broad and complex in nature where considerable independent judgment and discretion are required. Strong initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Financial Administrator tasks and responsibilities:

- Administers and supports processes as required including data entry and accounting transactions.
- The incumbent ensures that information is processed, approved and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Trains and educates users on the process and the importance of timely and accurate administration.
- Escalates appropriately and suggests improvements.
- Acts independently to gain consensus amongst cross functional teams .
- Prepares and reviews reports

Financial Administrator Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Willingness to take initiative to achieve objectives.
- Basic understanding of forecasting and planning.
- Ability to calculate and do basic interpretation of all key business metrics.
- Provide interpretation of reports/results to users.
- Ability to design/create queries and understands what create the output.
- Generates reports with job-related software.
- Understanding of the capabilities of the tools can identify problems and troubleshoot input errors.
- Understands inter-relationships between departments.

Experience and Qualification required for Financial Administrator:
- Approximately six plus years in a relevant position
- College diploma, or consideration of equivalent combination of education and experience
