Adecco is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst - Bilingual. This is a full-time permanent role to work with our client located in Gatineau, QC. 
The Financial Analyst - Bilingual will have the following responsibilities:
-    Preparing financial analyses for projects to be funded; 
-    Preparing funding applications for existing projects;
-    Approving disbursement requests;
-    Tracking existing loans for upcoming renewals; 
-    Preparing and updating the price lists for building projects; 
-    Updating promotions for buildings under construction; 
-    Tracking and providing required documents for real estate sales; 
-    Following up with mortgage lenders on funding applications in progress; 
-    Providing weekly updates of the funding action plan;
-    Ordering environmental reports, as well as, location certificates for buildings projects;
-    Updating financial projections;
-    Overseeing lease-up analyses until new construction projects are stabilized;
-    Preparing renewals and new loan applications.
The Financial Analyst - Bilingual must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Property Management or any other related field;
-    3 - 5 years minimum of work experience in a similar role;
-    Must be fluent in both Canadian official languages (English-French).
-    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
-    Knowledge of funding, real estate sector, financial market and risk analysis;
-    Superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
-    Ability to work effectively in teams;
-    Strong organizational and time-management skills;
-    Work experience in the construction sector is considered an asset;
