Adecco is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst - Intermediate in Toronto, ON. Our client is one of the "Big four" accounting organization. 
This Financial Analyst - Intermediate position is a 12-months contract with a pay rate of $29.00/hr 
Financial Analyst - Intermediate Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate, prepare and provide relevant reporting/analysis to the various business units in support of the month end activities, accrual process and expense validation
- Work with the Business Finance and Operations groups to identify and implement process and procedure improvements
- Responsible for the timely completion of complex account analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare operating expense variance analysis on a monthly basis
- Maintain report accuracy and relevance with regular updates of all report logic and format as business needs, processes & systems change
-Manage and help optimize the Concur system functionality and help implement improvements to make the system more user friendly
- Provide user support on policy related issues
- Any other responsibilities as defined by the Finance Manager
Financial Analyst - Intermediate Qualifications:
- Accounting designation (CGA, CA, CMA) with 3 to 4 years experience in an accounting environment and top consulting/accounting companies 
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SQL or other code languages experience
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, communication skills (French Preferred), organizational and time management skills
- Prior customer service, ERP experience is an assset
- Must be technical savvy, good problem solving skills, able to do multitask
