Adecco is currently hiring for a Financial Outbound Contact Centre Rep - Sales to work remotely for our client located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Financial Outbound Contact Centre Rep- Sales role, you must be an articulate financial business professional who is dynamic, goal oriented and willing to commit to providing quality support to other financial professionals within the sales and service framework in a high-volume environment.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a three-month contract full time position, paying $19.25/hr with the possibility of extension.
Financial Outbound Contact Centre Rep(Sales) Main Responsibilities:
Provide sales and service support to the financial team through reviews, contacting and building client relationships
Respond to customers requests and inquiries by providing options that lead to solutions
Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Contribute to improve sales and service
Adhere to industry regulations and operating procedures in completing and recording transactions
Financial Outbound Contact Centre Rep (Sales) Main Requirements:
College/University education preferred
Minimum 2-year related experience providing outbound sales support in a financial services institution
Must have completed CSC including Wealth Management Essentials. Plus Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course
Tech savvy - Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Exceptional customer service, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills
A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
