Adecco is searching for a dynamic Fleet Coordinator for a busy Automotive Company located in Toronto, ON.

This position will support all activities as they relate to the coordination of vehicles owned by the company.


Start date: Immediate


12- month contract (with opportunity for renewal)

Pay rate: $27 to $28/hr + Completion Bonus


In this role:


The Fleet Coordinator will be the main point of contact both for the vendor, as well for internal departments to place vehicle orders and book vehicles as required. And will be responsible for all vehicle ordering and remarketing activities.

Responsibilities are:

  • Vehicle Ordering; Work with various departments within the company to determine vehicle needs
  • Find efficiencies by utilizing each vehicle for multiple use-requests
  • Place vehicle orders in Sales & Vehicle Management System
  • Track vehicles from time of ordering through production and shipment
  • Ensure any potential delays are communicated to concerning parties
  • Notify fleet vendor of inbound vehicles
  • Ensure fleet is prepared (PDI, Winter Wheels, Mats, etc.) to be available as scheduled by individual departments
  • Maintain open communication with vendor throughout vehicle usage cycle to ensure full utilization
  • Manage fleet vendor and ensure departmental tasks are executed as require
  • Receive vehicles from fleet vendor once prescribed usage interval has completed
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are completed and vehicle status matches the remarketing standards for company vehicles
  • Coordinate AutoVIN inspection scheduling and ensure actual status is reflect
  • Determine pricing for remarketing purposes incl. internal sign off



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent background in a related field of study
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment required with automotive preferred
  • 3+ years’ in a similar position (fleet coordination) preferred

  • Basic technical knowledge is very beneficial
  • Knowledge of, and passion for the automotive industry is a asset
  • Bilingual French is an asset but not a requirement
  • analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Superior computer skills in Microsoft office applications – emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mapping experience an asset
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, managing and overseeing multiple activities simultaneously
