Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Food Production Team Member in Toronto, ON. Food Production Team Member Responsibilities:
Assist with high volume food production
Chopping, portioning and packaging food products
Organize, weigh, and count food items
Maintain food safety standards and comply with work instructions
Ensure that items being produced meet our quality standards and bring issues to the attention of the Production Manager / Quality Assurance Coordinator
Clean as you go including a full clean down of the work area at the end of each shift
Keep coolers and freezer clean and organized
Carefully follow health and safety rules
Disposal of waste in a proper and organized way

Food Production Team Member Qualifications:

Positive attitude, with a passion to get things done right!
Punctual with a strong attendance record
Works well in a team environment
Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift
Physically fit (can ensure repetitive lifting of max. 25kg)
Attention to cleanliness
Ability to read, write and speak English
Basic math skills, including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Experience working in a busy kitchen or production facility
First Aid Training
Food Handlers Certificate
