Forklift Operator - Lumberyard

Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Forklift Operator - Lumberyard for Taiga Building Products, a wholesale lumber company located in Edmonton, AB. The Forklift Driver will have a valid certification and must have prior experience working in lumberyard and understand the product.

  • Pay rate: $19-21/hour based on experience
  • Location: South Edmonton, Alberta

  • Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

  • Work as part of a team, responsible for loading and unloading trucks in a very busy lumberyard
  • Pick orders and complete shipping and receiving documentation
  • Assist to ensure work areas are kept tidy at all times
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must possess previous experience working in a lumberyard loading and unloading trucks
  • Must have a valid forklift certification
  • Team player who is reliable and hard working
  • Physically fit with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
