Adecco is currently hiring French Customer Service Representatives for one of our biggest insurance companies. The position will be a 4 month contract position, working remotley from anywhere in canda and with a pay rate of 17.63/hour. The role requires the candidate to be fully Bilingual in French and English. Must be able to work on a rotational bases from 8am until 8 pm.

  • French Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
  • Representatives are on the phones for the majority of their day, except for scheduled breaks/lunches and call back time. 
  • Handling phones on a flexible schedule for all inquires trhoughout Canada.
  • French Customer Service Representatives Requirements:

  • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • You must have a strong ability to learn and retain complex information to be successful in this role.
  • Must be Bilingual in French and English
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Must be able to work from home
