Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. French / English Banking Officer is a 1- year contract position paying $19.85 / hr.

French / English Banking Officer Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and on time
  • Provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions
  • Utilize existing data entry skills to balance speed and accuracy
  • Ensure business objectives, Service Level Goals and customer experience targets are met.

    • French / English Banking Officer Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & French is an asset
  • Previous experience in banking/finance is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CIF and OCT Tool
  • Positive relationship management skills
