Adecco is currently hiring for a French Wealth Officer  in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the French Wealth Officer  role, you must be professional, have excellent communication skills, fluent in both French and English, and work flexible hours.

We are looking for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-month contract position. This role is remote (work from home) due to pandemic.

French Wealth Officer  Responsibilities:

  • Process payments, payouts and sundry duties where applicable
  • Aggressive keyboarding and data entry
  • Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation
  • Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers.
  • French Wealth Officer Skills:

  • Previous banking experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French is mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible schedules remotely
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
