Adecco is currently hiring a Full Time Boutique Coffee Specialist at our clients busy Metrotown Mall location. This is a great oppourtunity for a Coffee Lover to join a prestigious high-end Retail brand and progress their Customer Service career. To qualify for this role you must have an outgoing personality and positive, approachable attitude.

The pay rate is $14.00 per hour with excellent monthly and quartley incentives. The ideal candidate would have open availability on both weekdays and weekends, especially over the festive season. This position will be long term and on-going. 

Main Duties:

  • Act as our Brand ambassador by continually improving customer experience and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Elevate the customer experience, creating brand engagement and loyalty.
  • Greet clients and advise on coffee products
  • Work at the tasting bar, preparing drinks for customers to sample
  • Ensure store is properly merchandised and wellequipped
  • Product demonstration
  • Inventory counts
  • Meet targets and sales goals
Skills & Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Experience in customer service / sales environment
  • Ability to work multi-task and in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for coffee and service industry
  • Ability to work in a team

Qualifications Required:

  • High School diploma
  • Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines is an asset)
  • Must pass a criminal background check
