Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Instructor in Regina, SK for our client, a globally renowned company that specializes in machinery, technology and services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to different stakeholders and maintaining training equipment.   • Job responsibilities include:

  • Delivering training to channel partners, company employees, and customers
  • Travelling to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements and negotiating outside vendor training
  • Developing & adapting content and training materials for classes - marketing, technical, management, sales
  • Constructing and maintaining training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises
  • Making appropriate changes to course materials and delivery
  • Utilizing knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials
  • Overseeing classroom/training event administration and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system
  • Loading/unloading equipment shipments from trucks; including flatbed trailers and box trailers
  • To qualify, you should:

  • Previous education in an Agricultural background is required
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
  • Must have MS Office Suite experience and knowledge in Learning and Development process (instructional & presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, curriculum development)
  • Possess understanding of activities, their sequence and measurement
  • Able to perform complex functions, understand principles and able to teach others
  • Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License - may be required to operate turf, utility, agriculture and construction equipment
