Full-time Permanent Senior Administrative Assistant in Downtown Toronto

Adecco Professional is currently hiring for two Senior Administrative Assistant openings for our client in Downtown Toronto- walking distance from Union Station. Our client is a well-known multinational organization in the banking industry. To qualify for this role, you must be a driven organized individual with strong technical skills, 3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate polished environment, and sufficient knowledge in banking processes. Responsibilities for the Senior Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Providing high level administrative support to upper management (up to 5 executives at a time)
Scheduling high volume appointments and managing calendars on a consistent basis
Arranging extensive travel requests including local and international trips, all logistics included
Coordinate event planning, meetings, and presentations and required
Preparing documents, correspondence and reports along with creating presentations for various mediums
Budget forecast and variance analysis to support budgeting plan
Analyze business processes and provide recommendations where applicable
Maintaining and updating the filing system and database as needed
Providing technical support, handling inquires, and maintaining office supplies as requested
Ensure all activities and procedures align with internal and external standards for compliance purposes
Supervise junior staff and provide coaching and feedback as needed
Track employee absences and vacations

Mandatory qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant job openings in Toronto, ON may include:

3-5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior level executives
Completed post-secondary education in Finance, Administrative or related field
Strong technical skills and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
