Adecco is currently hiring several temporary, full-time Grow Room Attendanta in Tiverton, ON for our client that specializes in the Cannabis Industry. As a Cannabis Grow Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our cultivation and production facilities in preparation of growth of the next strain of cannabis in the production growth space.

  • Pay rate: $17/hour

  • Location: Tiverton, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area at all times, including routine cleaning

  • Weekly sterilization of equipment and infrastructure

  • Harvest and repopulate rooms in an efficient and timely manner

  • Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with regulations

  • Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facility 

  • Work cohesively in a group or independently as required

  • Ability to work in warm conditions

  • Ability to work with and handle disinfection chemicals

  • Moderate computer skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment / machinery

  • Able to follow direction

  • Must show high-level of initiative and passion with respect to growing plants

  • Must be able to work variable shifts

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have a clear criminal background

  • Must have meticulous attention to detail

  • Capable of lifting 50lbs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality

  • Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required 

  • Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry

  • Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
