Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, Full-time Grow Technician to work a contract at a globally-known Licensed Cannabis Producer. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.

  • Shifts 8:00am to 5pm
  • Job type: Full-time contract

    • Job responsibilities include:

  • Conduct daily care and maintenance of facility and each department
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility
  • Assist with daily grow activities
  • Trimming, de-leafing and other duties
  • Assist grow team with daily activities
  • Follow all SOPs related to daily work
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Other tasks assigned by lead head/supervisor

    • To qualify, you should:

  • Previous experience as a production, grow, greenhouse or general labourer will be considered an asset
  • Able to lift, carry and maneuver material or equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Must be able to clear a criminal record check
  • Must be over the age of 19 (as regulated by the Cannabis Act)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, consistently bending, and being able to pull carts
  • Attendance must be in good standing
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of team members

    • If you have previously worked at any licensed Cannabis Producer, we would like to speak with you.
