Help Desk Support Rep - Bilingual (French & English)

Adecco is currently hiring for a Help Desk Support Representative - Bilingual (French / English) to work from home in Greater Toronto Area, ON for our client located in London, ON. To qualify for the Help Desk Support Rep (French / English) role, you must have technical computer skills, excellent communication skills, fluent in both French and English, and be able to work flexible hours.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6 months full time contract position paying $18.85/hour with the possibility of extension.

Help Desk Support Rep (French / English) Responsibilities:

  • The primary accountability of this position is to provide technical support
  • Provide daily support for set up of applications, hardware, software/systems
  • Single point of contact for technical support and general queries (including password, hardware, software, e-Messaging)
  • Identify and address application and data issues that may affect data integrity
  • Help Desk Support Rep (French / English) Skills:

  • Fluent in written and oral English and French skills
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management/desktop communications/operating system/internet directory services software is an asset
  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Successful completion of High School required
