Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual HR Administrator(Portuguese) role in Brampton. This is a contract for 3 months. To qualify for this role previous HR experience is required. Our Client is a multinational distributor of video games, accessories and specialty products. The pay would be $17-$19 an hour depending on experience.

HR Admin Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathering all HR Information
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, 
  • Revise company policies when needed
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics 
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
  • Participate in HR projects
HR Admin Qualifications:
  • Must be able to Speak and write Portuguese
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
