HR Analyst

Adecco is hiring for an HR Analyst role. Working in Adecco’s internal corporate HR department, the HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design and administration of compensation programs including variable pay plan calculations, incentive plan modelling and salary range research and maintenance. Performs various reporting and in-depth data analysis functions.

The HR Analyst job duties and responsibilities include:

Gathers required data and calculates the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual bonus, incentive, commission and profit-sharing payments. Tracks colleague eligibility for appropriate variable pay programs including monitoring and adjusting for new hires, terminations and transfers. Ensures required approvals are received by the payroll processing deadlines.
Compiles and cleans data for compensation projects and other reporting deliverables including the annual salary review, pay equity submission requirements, global reporting requests and Total Compensation statements.
In collaboration with the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, conducts market research and analysis, and maintains an understanding of market compensation practices to ensure competitive positioning of base salaries, incentive and commission plans, and overall total compensation structure.
Supports the design and roll out of innovative incentive and commission plans by running required reports, compiling data and preparing various modelling scenarios.
Collects and compiles data annually to submit and participate in various national and local salary surveys. Uses salary survey tools to run up-to-date base salary and total compensation data for field and corporate positions.
Creates, maintains and makes recommendations for improvements to compensation and reporting tools, tracking and calculation mechanisms in order to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Creates and runs standard and ad hoc HRIS and MicroStrategy reports as needed by the HR Department, as well as the North American and Global corporate offices. Combines and presents data from various sources in a manner that is clear, concise and functional for end user review and analysis.
Acts as a backup for the Colleague Payroll and HRIS administration, performing various payroll and HRIS functions when required.

HR Analyst Requirements;

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience, ideally in a compensation or HR analyst position
Experience/knowledge of compensation survey/data analysis, statistical analysis, and compensation modeling
Advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook and Teams.
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
