Adecco is currently hiring for an HR Coordinator in Waterloo, ON. To be considered for this HR Coordinator role you must have 3-5 years of experience working with Workday Software, knowledge within core HCM software, payroll, absence management, and compensation. Our client is a Canadian multinational insurance company and financial services, provider. This is a 6-month contract position and has a pay rate for $35.20 / hour 
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Program delivery for core HCM, payroll, time tracking, absence management, and compensation.
• Provide expert insight for HCM product suite with good knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Enhancement implementations from HR and IT
• Day-to-day defect resolution
HR Coordinator Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management Information System, or related field
 • 3 to 5 years of experience working with Workday software
• Knowledge and experience within core HCM software, payroll, absence management, or compensation
• Proven ability to work independently while building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment
• Able to identify process improvements, manage issues, and resolve roadblocks independently
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
