Adecco, the number one staffing agency in the world, has partnered with a reputable worldwide organization, an industry leader in selling farm, lawn and garden equipment who are looking for a HR Generalist in Nisku, AB. The position details are as follows:

  • Employment dates: December 4, 2018 to October 30, 2020
  • Hours: Monday through Friday | Either 9:00AM – 3:30PM or 7:30AM-2:00PM
  • Location: Nisku, AB
  • Pay Rate: $24 - $25 hourly, depending on qualifications and experience

Job Description:

  • Performs routine activities within the Human Resources department to support major processes, such as: compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, health and safety, legal compliance, and employee communications and global job evaluation.
  • Performs staffing and workforce planning activities for production, non-exempt, or entry level professional employees.
  • Provides information to employees and managers regarding routine questions and issues.
  • Gathers and compiles data to support compliance efforts, such as: legal requirements, health and safety, and other areas.
  • Utilizes Human Resources tools, such as: SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information.
  • Participates in compensation and benefits process by gathering information, preparing paperwork, and other activities to support the process.
  • Conducts and coordinates delivery of training courses, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide tools to meet needs.


  • Preferred candidates have SAP, recruitment, and project execution experience.
  • Technical Skills and Knowledge is required.
  • Skillful in major Human Resources processes, such as: interviewing, job documentation, and training.
  • Previous HR Administrative experience (minimum of six months).
  • Possesses a general understanding of HR principles and procedures in areas, such as: employee/labour relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, health and safety, employee communications, and legal and corporate compliance.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) Must be listed on resume, and applicants may be tested.
  • Minimum of  one year of customer service experience
