Adecco is currently hiring for a Permanent HR Generalist in Vancouver, B.C. To be considered for this HR Generalist role, you must have Human Resources related experience and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Our client is a non-profit food supplier for communities within the Lower Mainland. If you’re a compassionate individual that is looking for community involvement, this is the position for you!  Salary ranges between $50,000 - $60,000 annually to start.

 

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
 

• Research and make recommendations for various HR programs

• Assist and coordinate performance reviews/annual reviews for internal colleagues         

• Assist with creating and updating job descriptions with the support of the hiring manager

• Establish effective employee relationships at all levels based on trust, experience and credibility;

• Provide compensation and benefits administration support;

• HR support around employee safety, health and welfare;

                         

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Experience using Better Impact Volunteer Management Software is advantageous;

• Strong project management skills, ideally previous experience rolling out a new project to full implementation stage;

• Resourceful, forward thinking and will always figure out how to get things done;

• Fun, collaborative, supportive and authentic team player;

• Able to manage a busy workload – you can handle various different priorities at one time, and are comfortable working in that environment
